Mark Borelli - President

Borelli has been a resident of Naples since 1979 and of Park Shore since 1998. His current home was awarded the Park Shore Beautification Award in 2000. Borelli serves as Vice President of Borelli Construction and is a Partner with Cabnu, LLC, a cabinet and storage solutions company that he started with his son Parker. He has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and a Master’s of Science from Florida International University. Borelli also holds a Florida General Contractors License and a Florida Real Estate Broker’s License.

Richard Biondi
555 Whispering Pine Lane

A resident of Park Shore for more than a dozen years, Biondi is a licensed insurance sales professional with Lutgert Insurance. Previously, he was a real estate sales agent and project manager/software developer. Biondi is a graduate of the University of South Florida in Tampa with a degree in Computer Science Engineering. Married to wife Katie, Biondi has two boys. He has been active in the Winged Foot Scholarship Foundation, Collier Child Care Resources, United Arts Council and Naples Area Board of Realtors. Biondi also has served as a volunteer soccer coach with the Greater Naples YMCA, Optimist Club and Florida Fire.

Michael Williams

Michael resides in Park Shore with his wife Trish. He served as President of Harper Robinson, a worldwide transportation company. Locally, Michael was a member of the Collier County Airport Authority, Save the Bays and Naples Public Art Advisory Board. He also was appointed as Commissioner on the Collier Mosquito Control District. He also served as a member of the Collier County/Naples Beach Renourishment Committee.


David J. Feight - Treasurer
4255 Gulf Shore Blvd. N., Apt. 205

A native of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, David moved to Naples with his wife Jeanne in 1998. He retired to the community after an extensive career with Armstrong World Industries, a Fortune 250 company, with senior management positions in sales, marketing, finance and corporate development. David earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Penn State University. Locally, he is a board member on the City of Naples Planning Advisory Board and the Gulf Shore Association of Condominiums. David previously served as a board member of the Park Shore Association from 2007 to 2013, including holding the positions of President and Treasurer.


Harold L. Zink – Secretary and Beach Chair

Zink resides in Park Shore with his wife, Nancy. Prior to moving to Naples, he founded Zink Marketing in Columbus, Ohio. Zink also previously held sales and marketing positions with Prolon Dinnerware, Follett Corporation and Lehigh Portland Cement Company. He earned a Bachelor of Science from Niagara University and served as a First Lieutenant in the U.S. Army. Zink is a member of the Moorings Bay Citizens Advisory Committee, a Trustee with the Community Foundation of Collier County and Director Emeritus of the Fun Time Early Childhood Academy. He also is a graduate of the Greater Naples Leadership program.

Helen Ashley - Membership Chair

A retired drama teacher, actor and storyteller, Helen recently moved to Naples from the Chicago area where she still spends her summers. A mother of four and grandmother of nine, she is looking forward to getting involved in the Park Shore community. Helen earned her Master’s in Theatre and Drama and an undergraduate degree in Theatre from Northwestern University. Helen’s work experience includes the production of a television pilot for Travel Academy, serving as an actor in commercials, industrial films and independent films, and writing grants.

Kristin Cartwright

A native of Naples, Cartwright is Vice President, Development Services for Premier Sotheby’s International Realty where she oversees the marketing of the high-rise condominium, luxury residences and commercial properties. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida. Cartwright is a graduate of Leadership Collier 2006. She has been involved in the Golisano Children’s Museum of Naples, Community School of Naples and the Education Foundation of Collier County. Cartwright has two children.

Lisa Nelson
537 Parkwood Lane

Lisa and her husband Bradley have been residents of Park Shore for 15 years. Lisa is a native of Connecticut, with a background in accounting and tax law. She served in the Department of Labor for many years before retiring to Naples. Lisa has been active in the Park Shore Association serving several years as a Block Captain.

Rowan Samuel
720 Belair Court

Rowan Samuel currently works with his wife, Karyn, at John R. Wood Realtors, selling luxury residential real estate in the Naples area. He has spent more than 20 years in the direct response marketing and sales business, working with Fortune 500 clients, advertising agencies, media firms and high net worth individuals. Samuel is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the United Arts Council and is on the Technology Board for John R. Wood Realtors. Rowan is also a co-Founder of the Naples International Film Festival (NIFF) and served as its President and Vice President of the Board of the Directors as well as its Marketing Director and Executive Director. He also served on the United Arts Council Board of Directors.

Jo Ann Smallwood

A long-time resident of Naples, JoAnn Smallwood is President of Smallwood Design, a professional consulting firm focused on landscape design, project administration and management. Smallwood has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Miami and is a graduate of the Leadership Collier program. Smallwood holds several professional affiliations and has been actively involved in numerous business and not-for-profit organizations throughout the community. She has received in excess of 150 honors and awards from organizations, including being honored as a Junior Achievement of Southwest Florida Business Leadership Hall of Fame Laureate.

Carole Trimmer
4200 Belair Lane, Apt. 211

Carole has been a permanent resident of Park Shore since 2004 and a Block Captain for six years. In 1970, she received her BFA degree from Layton School of Art - Milwaukee, Wis. She spent more than 30 years in management of non-union and union personnel. Employers have included advertising agencies, corporations and government. Carole retired from Milwaukee County in 2004. She later was employed as the Foundation Administrator for Moorings Park in Naples. In 2011, she received her Florida CAM license. Carole currently is employed as an Assistant Building Manager for a high-rise condominium on Gulf Shore Boulevard North.
