About the Park Shore Association

In 1971, the Park Shore Association was formed as a voluntary property owners association located within the City of Naples. The Park Shore Association is the largest property owner’s association in the City of Naples.

The community of Park Shore consists of five plats. Units 1, 3 and 4 consist largely of single-family homes and mid-rise condominiums on the mainland. Units 2 and 5 have high-rise condominiums on the west side of Gulf Shore Boulevard as well as a mix of mid-rise condominiums overlooking Venetian Bay.  In total there are more than 600 single-family homes and 3,590 units in 25 high-rise condominiums and several mid-rise condominiums in Park Shore.  Commercial real estate property is also an integral part of Park Shore.
