Last year, the Park Shore Association implemented a new online membership renewal system, requiring all dues to be paid exclusively by credit card. We sincerely appreciate your understanding regarding the discontinuation of check payments, as this shift helps streamline and secure our renewal process.

Membership Renewal Season
The membership renewal season officially begins on September 1. Members are encouraged to renew their membership between September 1 and December 31. Please note that renewals completed after December 31 will incur a $100 late fee starting in January.
Invoices and Confirmation
Members will not receive a physical invoice in the mail. Instead, after your payment has been processed, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Throughout the renewal season, members will receive regular email reminders. Please be aware that all Park Shore Association communications are now conducted electronically.
How to Renew Your Membership
If you have not yet renewed your membership, please visit our website at www.parkshoreassociation.com. Log in to your account, click on “Membership” at the top of the screen, then select “Renew” from the drop-down menu and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the renewal process.
Receiving Your Membership Card and Beach Pass
New membership cards are distributed by designated “Block Captains” during the month of January. Your current membership card remains valid until January 31. If you are unsure of who your Block Captain is, you can find their name in the “Block Captains Listing” under the “Membership” tab on our website.
Restroom Code Information
The restroom code can be found printed directly on your Membership Card. Please remember not to share this code with non-members to preserve member access and security.
The restroom code is updated annually, with the change occurring on January 31 each year.
