Important Information: Beach Park Rules
To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all, a new sign will soon be installed in the beach park outlining the rules for park usage. We kindly remind all visitors that the complete set of park rules can be found on our website for your reference in the future, but please familiarize yourself with the rules posted below.
Restriction on Dogs
We have observed a rise in the number of dogs being walked in the park. While it is unclear if these dogs belong to our members or visitors from nearby condominium buildings, we believe it is necessary to restrict dogs from the park to maintain cleanliness and harmony in the shared space. Please note that, in alignment with City of Naples regulations, dogs are not permitted on the beach.
Please Adhere to the Rules
We urge all park visitors to respect the posted rules and guidelines to ensure the park remains a pleasant and safe space for everyone. Compliance with these rules is essential for maintaining the park’s accessibility and beauty. Together, we can preserve the integrity and tranquility of the beach park.
Here is the list of rules posted on our website.
