This is the vision for the park that anticipates the approval of the elevated berm project that is being studied by the condominiums. This project, if approved, would not be ready before 2026. There is a high level of support amongst the condominium owners and the commons to elevate the promenade and create a berm that will increase the resilience of our park and the beach.
